I also want to thank Dr. Lucy Van Pelt and her anti-Kleinian forces for driving Philip out of our beloved home. The Review owes her a great debt.
The STE Political Review is happy to announce that the Honorable Jay Noble Daggett, Esquire, has come on board as in house legal counsel. Lawyer Daggett will also handle all correspondence to the Eagle's Nest. You may contact him via the email link on the sidebar.
This past week, Philip posted a "reader's" letter he received regarding one of the many lawsuits he plans to file to discover the identity of myself and Gus Pilsbury:
"I am glad to see you get off your ass and sue these guys that write that stuff about you. I have known you for many years. You have always been a very nice man and have done much for the community to which we live. No sir, I do not agree with you all of the time. But, at least there is a voice that is different than tax, spend, bigger government, unions and illegal activity. Go get them Mr. Klein. I for one want to see who they are. Bet they put up a fight?
Without commenting on the self-aggrandizement reeking from the message, readers will note that the characteristic grammatical errors associated with Philip's preschool quality writing abound.
For example, the prepositional phrase "to which we live" is an error that a third grader in special education classes would know should read "in which we live." This is a common Kleinian mistake.
"We all learned today that the Jefferson County District Attorney's office made another deal with another now admitted pedophile. The deal is a good one - for the criminal - not the victim or the society to which we live."Philip Klein, Southeast Texas Political Review, 5-29-08. Used pursuant to the Fair Use Doctrine 17 U.S.C. 107
"I am outraged at the crimes against children. Crimes against a child should be a top priority for the DA's office. I cannot challenge the entire State of Texas, but I damn sure can in the county to which I live."
Philip Klein, Southeast Texas Political Review,6-6-08. Used pursuant to the Fair Use Doctrine 17 U.S.C. 107
"A fight with the fire fighters to which the fire fighters won the political battle and a huge check."

I think its pretty clear that Philip is once again fabricating his own Reader Mail.
Philip then responds as follows:
"Thank you for your words. Again - it is best I say nothing right now. It will pay itself out in numerous courts over the next year."
I think he meant "play" but then again that could be a pun (HA!) . Having reviewed the 202 Petition, our own counsel, the Honorable Jay Noble Daggett is of the opinion that Philip drafted that one himself as well. First and foremost, the proper citation of the Cohen case is not Liskulula:, Petitioner v. Google Inc and/or its subsidiary Blogger.com. The LAST name of the Plaintiff (Cohen) is used as the style of the suit NOT the FIRST. John would know this. Second, it is an absolute no-no for Steve to have notarized your signature as an employee of the Plaintiff. Again, John would know this. There are a host of other fatal errors, but we'll keep those to ourselves for now. I suggest you leave the lawsuit stuff to John before you get him disbarred.
In summary, our counsel had this response:
