PUBLIC NOTICE!

In response to Philip's 'Public Notice' we here at the Eagle's Nest are wondering why a formal demand letter to GOOGLE was not sent by an attorney (Beavis and The Count both think it should but Smeagol is not sure). We have received a copy of the post and will put it on top of the pile of all the other crap Philip has sent to us. That being said, we formally refute the allegation that anything Philip Klein has to say would EVER be construed as "intellectual". Furthermore, we simply have this to say......

Oh and FYI...There is no Tyler County Federal Court Philip (but if you want to believe that, its OK...what color is the sky in your world...just asking?). There is a Tyler County Court located in Woodville and a branch of the Eastern District of Texas Federal Court located in Tyler.
