Today, our own mathematical consultant, The Count, is going to talk to us about NUMERAL PLACEMENT. The placement of a specific numeral in a large number determines what the actual number is. For example, in the number
123
The numeral "2" is in the "tens" place indicating that the number is one hundred and twenty three.
This is important when examining larger numbers.

"Uh, I have the number one blog in Southeast Texas and have over 1.6 million page views since January? I think this blog is pretty well known? Maybe not? I may be arrogant too?"
First, lets look at his counter (which he manipulates quite frequently).
Notice there are only SIX digits. A number in the millions would have SEVEN digits.
To take our lesson one step further. Lets look at ALEXA, a division of Amazon.com that analyzes website traffic.
Alexa ranks The Southeast Texas Political Review as the 3,400,429th most visited site on the internet with daily page views of about 304 (but don't forget that each viewer must click twice).
In comparison, KFDM CHANNEL SIX, with about 14,663 daily page views is ranked the 74,015th most visited site on the internet.
There is but one simple conclusion boys and girls.
