This morning, my staff notified me that monitors of the monitors that are monitoring the Review and other Reviews including The Southeast Texas Political Review, have informed me that Philip Klein is publishing 'copyrited' material of The Sam the Eagle Political Review on his Review's website.
We here at the Review, will not tolerate such and our instructing our counsel to take legal measures against Philip R. Klein, editor. We have also informed our yard man that he is no longer to mow Philip's grass.
The law is the law and since it is the law, it must be the law.
As to other statements made by Philip R. Klein, editor:
Factually, a company that I was less than a 40% shareholder of at the time did file a adversarial Bankruptcy case over franchise fees to which we won and settled
Readers will note from a review of the Review's PACER file that the cause numbers in question referenced PRK Enterprises, and Klein Investments.
Furthermore, a review of the corporate information for PRK Enterprises found HERE indicates that the company, founded in 1992, consists solely of Philip Klein.
