The Southeast Texas Political Review has learned this afternoon that Jefferson County District Attorney Thomas Maness has filed for an office that - according to the Texas Legislature - does not exist. Meaning - he filing illegally and should be dropped from the race effective immediately.

Happy Birthday:
This morning - a hearing was held in Judge Floyd's court regarding the objections to the subpoena's issued to Google, Inc., regarding the identities of two blogspots, as well as another added into the TRCP 202 Suit. The judge overruled the objections by Sam the Eagle Blogspot, Operation Kleinwatch and the secondary site. In such - Google will be releasing the information to our legal counsel as prescribed by Federal law.
