Yesterday, Klein attorneys filed important documents with the court expanding the scope of their lawsuit against Gus Pillsbury and Sam the Eagle. We sat down with our own legal counsel, Jay Noble Daggett, to discuss the recent developments.
"Philip's latest claims involve a request for damages from Google, Facebook, Twitter, The National Air and Space Museum, Two guys living in a trailer on the outskirts of Reno, Nevada, and Doc and Grumpy from the Seven Dwarves. I don't anticipate he will make a claim against Dopey."
It is interesting to note that Philip NOW CLAIMS that GOOGLE has not given him the documents he so desperately wants:
Google informs counsel for Klein that they will not comply with the Rule 11 agreement previously signed by Google and its legal Counsel until the court can rule on the notice of appeal. Google is given five days to comply with the rule 11 agreement. Google refuses.

However, just a month ago, Philip informed us that he had indeed received the precious documents:
As well, I am in litigation (you can read later in the week the judges ruling and the release by Google after a fumbling filing in the court by both sites). Now we go to the Federal Courts in Tyler. We will tee it up and have an announcement early in February. We just got the documents from Google today.

We presented this fact scenario to our newest addition to the legal team here at the Eagle's Nest, Sheriff Buford T. Justice, retired, who had this to say:
