'We' here at the Eagle's Nest get alot of mail regarding the traffic to The Southeast Texas Political Review. One reader wrote:Sam, how come Website Outlook says that only about 120 people visit Philip Klein's site a day but his counter shows that thousands read it daily?
To answer this question, 'we' sent our own Beavis to Philip Klein's house over the weekend. After a sordid encounter with Philip's pomeranian, Lucy, Beavis crawled into the computer that is the brain (and I use that term loosely) behind the mouth.
Philip uses a program called STATCOUNTER to log the traffic to his site as is evidenced by the counter button in the top left corner (though I strongly suspect that he will remove it after he reads this):
