The Sam the Eagle Political Review wants everyone to know that members of the Eagle's Nest are 'ON PATROL' and guarding against Gustav. All looters will be subdued, tied, blindfolded, and transported to 22nd street in Nederland, Texas where they will be given one screwdriver and a large sack and released.
