Philip Klein recently posted a list of names of local individuals on The Southeast Texas Political Review that he claimed were registered members of the Ashley Madison "cheaters" website. This 18 page list comprised approximately 1,000 names. Philip Klein claims that thousands of people read his website every day.
We have obtained a copy of that list and have submitted it to our attorneys for review. It is their opinion that the list is not an official list created by Ashley Madison but was rather created by Philip Klein himself (imagine that) and very well may not represent a true and correct representation of individuals who were a part of the Ashley Madison website.
