On January 30, 2012, over two and a half years since Sillip instigated his Philly lawsuit, Judge Donald Floyd struck down all of Philip's allegations, denied all of Philip Klein's requests, and confirmed that Philip Klein was the biggest blowhard liar in Southeast Texas.We here at the Sam the Eagle Political Review want to thank, Jeff Dorrell (who will be glad to sue Philip for libel for you), Judge Donald Floyd, The Texas Supreme Court (who gave Philip his wish---and made case law---confirming that Philip Klein is a fool), all our supporters through the years, and last of all, Philip Klein himself. Always remember that when things look really bad, one can simply look at Philip, his bankruptcies, failed businesses, failed marriages, and convictions for being a deadbeat dad, and remind themselves that it could always be worse.
