The Blogger world was stunned yesterday afternoon when Philip Klein, renowned editor of the Southeast Texas Political Review announced on another local blog that he was in fact adopted.
"I don't know why people think its funny that I'm adopted. It just goes to show you that these people have no heart and sole." Philip commented on Texas Gulf Coast Gab.
Speculation as to the identity of Philip's natural father immediately ran wild on the local message boards. 'We' here at the Eagle's Nest posed the question to staff geneticist Joshua Lederberg. Though dead, the Nobel prize winner went straight to work. This morning, Dr. Ledeberg reports that there is a good probability that Philip Klein's natural father is.........
...none other than South Park Elementary School student....Eric Cartman."They have many of the same genetic traits." commented Dr. Lederberg. "Both are quite heavy set, unpopular socially, maternally dependant, and enjoy
pretending to be police officers."Not discounting the findings of Dr. Lederberg, other blogs are suggesting this morning that Philip Klein's natural father could also be film icon Marlon Brando, actor Fred Gwynne, and some guy that followed the Greatful Dead around for twenty-seven years.
