I recently read a great article on how courts are ordering Internet providers to give up the identity of the people that run Blogs. Great. I would only suggest to anyone that intends to pursue this quest that they include in their team of attorneys individuals that are both fluent in the language and familiar with the laws of the following countries: Japan, China, The Netherlands, Peru, and the various islands of the Western Pacific.
