On January 30, 2012, over two and a half years since Sillip instigated his Philly lawsuit, Judge Donald Floyd struck down all of Philip's allegations, denied all of Philip Klein's requests, and confirmed that Philip Klein was the biggest blowhard liar in Southeast Texas.

We here at the Sam the Eagle Political Review want to thank, Jeff Dorrell (who will be glad to sue Philip for libel for you), Judge Donald Floyd, The Texas Supreme Court (who gave Philip his wish---and made case law---confirming that Philip Klein is a fool), all our supporters through the years, and last of all, Philip Klein himself. Always remember that when things look really bad, one can simply look at Philip, his bankruptcies, failed businesses, failed marriages, and convictions for being a deadbeat dad, and remind themselves that it could always be worse.

This past morning, The Southeast Texas Record reported that Philip r. Klein, editor, had added attorney Brent Coon to his neverending lawsuit styled Philip R. Klein, Editor, and His Personalities v. Whoever He is Suing Today.

We here at the Review want to say that we already knew that. In fact Philip R. Klein, editor will be testilying under oath on August 16th in the 172nd District Court and will be answering questions, under oath, from attorney Jeff Dorrell regarding HIS LEWD COMMENTS about KFDM news anchor Kelli Philips, as well as his SWORN AFFIDAVIT stating that he tracked a particular email back to attorney Brent Coon.

After consulting with our attorney, the renowned Jay Noble Daggett (who kicked Philip's ass in the Supreme Court of Texas), we here at the Review have decided to reveal a portion of our writing and editorial team.

Sirhan Sirhan: Mr. han has been with the Review for three years now. He is responsible for political assassinations, Middle East issues, and folding laundry. Mr, han may be served with process at his residence in the Pleasant Valley State Prison in California.

Naomi Judd: Ms. Judd is one of the newest members of the Review and comes to us from Ashland, Kentucky where she may be served with her subpoena. She is responsible for all the cool sound bites we steal from Philip.

President John F. Kennedy: Though dead, President John Kennedy has been a consulting member of the Review since the beginning. Despite Philip's claims to the contrary, President Kennedy has assured us that his current physical condition will preclude any future runs for office. President Kennedy may be served with process at his grave in Arlington National Cemetery.

Patrick McDermott: Pat is a traveling investigative reporter for the Review and is also responsible for fleet service maintenance. Philip still doesn't know where to serve Pat and we're not gonna tell.

GREECE HIRES LOCAL POLITICAL CONSULTANT

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that government officials in Greece have hired a Nederland private detective and self described political consultant to assist in dealing with their faltering economy. Philip r. Klein, Editor, (who we don't like) head of The Team To Call When You Really Want To Know (even though they still can't find out who Gus and I really are) and editor of The Southeast Texas Political Review has been retained by economic leaders in Greece to help deal with the country's failing economy.

"We needed someone who had a great deal of experience in bankruptcies, dodging creditors, and telling outrageous lies and Mr. Klein fit the bill perfectly." Said a source close to someone that knows someone who had a relative that once ate at a Greek restaurant in Queens.

Klein, who's experience in bankruptcy can be found HERE, will be traveling to Athens Greece next week said three sources who didn't talk to the Review. He has been asked to dress like a policeman, (as opposed to an FBI agent) carry a small club, and tell citizens of the iconic city the importance of raising taxes.

This past week, several Twitter and Facebook account holders reported receiving unsolicited texts with lewd photographs attached from a Roadrunner account IP number 24.173.39.97 using the screen name "HOTPHILIPPRK"

"I friended this guy on Facebook because he said he liked goats and he seemed like a nice guy and then all of a sudden he sent me this picture of himself. I didn't know what to think." Said Josephine, a Danish Landrace goat living on a small farm just outside of Des Moines, Iowa.

"He told me he liked to drink alot and would send me a bus ticket if I would come have a drink with him. I really hate buses."

A local blogger and self described political consultant was honored this past week by the Southeast Texas Press Club at it's 2011 Press Club Awards dinner.

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that the Lord as reconsidered his decision to destroy the earth.

"The Lord is very concerned with what he has read and has opened an investigation to investigate those that need to be investigated." Said an anonymous spokesangel that the Review contacted late last night.

Thousands of faithful followers were highly distraught over the weekend when evangelical pastor, Harold Camping's rapture predictions regarding the end of the world on May 21, 2011 failed to come to pass.

"Actually, God did not know he was supposed to destroy the world last Saturday." said a source close to God that refused to give their name. "He wasn't really planning anything until he read that site."

Lifetime Movie to be Filmed in Nederland

Lifetime Movie Network announced today that it would be filming a made for television movie in Nederland, Texas this summer. Ambulance Infidelity tells the story of Philo Kliar, a bankrupt private detective and part time volunteer fireman, who dreams of being a television news reporter. But Philo carries a dark secret. One that threatens to destroy all those around him. Philo is secretly a narcissist with a fetish for having sex in the back of emergency vehicles.

"I'm excited about this project." Said Seymour Bush, director of the film. " We watch Philo's character, who starts as a prominent businessman, but with failure after failure, gradually degenerates into a lying, despicable man who will say or do anything for attention. Over the weekend, while Philip Klein was disparaging dead princesses in his latest editorial, TEXAS LAWYER was honoring attorney Jeff Dorrell for his victory in Klein v. GOOGLE et al.

Two anonymous bloggers will stay anonymous — for the time being — because of Jeffrey
Dorrell's appellate work before the Texas Supreme Court.

Dorrell's argument got the better of his clients, says John Morgan, of counsel at Beaumont's Harris Duesler & Hatfield who represents PRK and Klein. "He kicked my butt," says Morgan, who plans to replead his Rule 202 petition.

Philip Klein gets a First Amendment lesson about equal protection

You've got to wonder about Google. You'd think the American company that created the world's most popular internet search engine would be a staunch advocate for freedom, a resolute opponent of tyranny.

But you might be wrong. With disturbing frequency, Google is lining up on the wrong side of the struggle for individual rights.

The Communist government in China wanted Google to censor its search results to prevent Chinese citizens from gaining access to information it deemed too provocative. Were the Google moguls outraged? Did they adamantly refuse? No, they meekly acquiesced.

Local political commentator Philip Klein, who's developed a reputation for making outlandish posts on his Southeast Texas Political Review blogs, found himself the butt of uncomplimentary, anonymous comments on other blogs. Klein wanted Google to supply the names of the bloggers posting anonymously at Operation Kleinwatch and Sam the Eagle so he could sue them for defamation.

Were the Google goliaths aghast at this brazen assault on the time-honored American practice of anonymous publication? No, they readily agreed to cooperate with Klein.

This is the same Philip Klein who invoked his First Amendment right to free speech to defend himself against a defamation suit filed by a public official who took offense at one of his posts.

"Comments regarding elected officials, as well as public officials and events surrounding them, is firmly protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution," Klein declared at the time. "Clearly, sources that report misconduct and events are further protected."

Apparently the First Amendment right that protects Klein when he criticizes other individuals does not protect individuals who criticize him.

Because Google was agreeable, Jefferson County District Judge Donald Floyd granted Klein's motion to compel discovery of the names of the anonymous bloggers. Just recently, however, the Supreme Court of Texas overruled Floyd, affirming the federal law that prohibits disclosure of subscriber identity without consent.

Let that be a lesson to the likes of Google and Klein who think principle is a journey.

Klein Speaking Engagement Rescheduled

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that the testimony of Philip r. Klein, editor, has been rescheduled to May 27th in the 172nd District Court of Jefferson County, Texas. Eagle attorney, Jeff Dorrell, who was recently recognized by TEXAS LAWYER for his victory in Klein v. Google and will be written up in an article next month telling about the case and showing what an idiot Philip is, told the Review that Philip is still under subpoena and must appear and give testimony.

Topics of Philip's testimony will include, why he posted lewd comments about Kelli Philips on local blogs, why he never registered The Gadfly Foundation and what he did with all the money, and why the Nederland police department has made several calls to his home on 22nd Street. Sources close to the case tell the Review that inquires will also be made about a recent revelation that a beaver in Oregon is reportedly raising Philip's love child.

Because of said litigation, we here at the Review have been unable to respond to certain offensive allegations made by Philip r. Klein, editor, and Klein attorneys. Thanks to our great victory last week in the Texas Supreme Court that made case law and will go into the law books showing that Philip r. Klein, editor, is a complete idiot, we can now address a serious accusation against us here at the Review.

For several years now, Philip r. Klein, editor, and Klein attorneys have accused us here at the Review of alleging that Philip r. Klein, editor, had sexual relations with farm animals. We here at the Review want to go on the record now as saying that said accusation is an absolute lie and we are highly offended that Philip r. Klein, editor, and Klein attorneys would accused us here at the Review of making said allegations. At no time did anyone here at the Review allege that Philip r. Klein editor, had sexual relations with farm animals. To the contrary, we firmly maintain that Philip's sexual predilections extend far beyond domesticated animals and include, but are not limited to, feral hogs, gophers, snakes, manatees and other endangered marine mammals, large insects, and singer Marilyn Manson.

BREAKING NEWS!---TEXAS SUPREME COURT CONFIRMS THAT PHILIP KLEIN IS A FOOL!

AUSTIN -- The Texas Supreme Court unanimously granted an unusual writ of mandamus late Friday afternoon and ordered Beaumont trial judge Donald Floyd of the 172nd District Court to vacate his order that Google, Inc., disclose the identities of two anonymous bloggers.

The blogs, OperationKleinwatch.blogspot.com and SamTheEagleUSA.blogspot.com, publish satirical parody and other biting criticism directed at Beaumont private investigator and local media personality Philip R. Klein. Acting as Klein Investments Inc. and PRK Enterprises Inc., Klein filed suit to learn the bloggers' identities.

Klein alleged that John Does 1 and 2 were guilty of copyright infringement, defamation, conspiracy, and invasion of privacy. Floyd ordered Google to identify the bloggers in a decision on January 29, 2010.

After the Ninth Court of Appeals refused the original mandamus, Houston constitutional law attorney Jeffrey L. Dorrell filed with the Texas Supreme Court on behalf of the bloggers. The higher court stayed Judge Floyd's order in June 2010 to consider the merits of the bloggers’ argument that their right to criticize public personalities anonymously was constitutionally protected.

Today’s ruling disposes of Floyd’s order in favor of the blogs and orders the judge to grant the original motion to quash by the bloggers.

Among other things, Klein claimed the bloggers defamed him by publishing a parody of Dog Fancy magazine where he was depicted under the caption, “Fat Men Who Love Their Dogs Too Much.” The parody satirized an MSNBC network story on Klein entitled "The Pet Lover." Klein argued the blogs implied that he had “sex with animals.”

Representing the blogs, Dorrell argued that Klein is libel-proof because “facts exposed in the course of the plaintiff's two bankruptcies, at least 40 lawsuits, and constant vindictive, publicity-grabbing attacks on southeast Texas municipalities, school districts, elected officials, local television stations, local reporters, and others” had made Klein the object of public ridicule before the blogs began publishing.

“We are obviously pleased that the Supreme Court recognizes the First Amendment right to criticize public figures anonymously,” said Dorrell. “This is an American tradition that goes all the way back to Benjamin Franklin writing commentary as an elderly widow under the nom de plume of Silence Dogood. Satirical parody can be harsh, but if Saturday Night Live got sued every time it made fun of Sarah Palin or Barack Obama, television would be a pretty barren source of amusement.”

Klein has recently claimed on his own blog that prominent Beaumont attorney Brent Coon is the anonymous author of the blogs, a claim both Coon and the blogs have denied. Klein has threatened more litigation.

Five years ago, because we here at the Review are so smart, we hired an IP intelligence tracking firm in Austin, to track the posts that are posted on the internet. Our super smart IP firm has tracked the lewd and vile posts about sweet, kind Kelli Philips to this office building located at 826 Nederland Avenue, Nederland, Texas, home of Klein Investigations--The team to call when you really want to know.

Charlie AKA Brown Dog, CK, Bad Dog: Charlie is the newest agent to join the Klein team having been rescued from the home of a West End Wanda who mistreated the poor creature by feeding him nothing but raw beef fillets and forcing him to spend countless hours watching soap operas in high definition. Charlie hates police officers but loves hanging out in seedy bars trying to pick up feral cats. Charlie is the least likely of the four to have posted lewd and vile comments about sweet, kind Kelli Philips since it was recently discovered that Charlie was in fact an idiot.

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that Philip R. Klein, editor of The Southeast Texas Political Review, was served with a subpoena today and ordered to appear Friday morning at 9:15 a.m. in the 172nd District Court to answer sworn questions relating to various legal matters.

"Klein appeared quite confused." Said an anonymous process server that served Philip. "He smelled of cheap whiskey and looked like he hadn't slept in days."

Sources close to the case tell the Review that renowned attorney Jeff Dorrell will be questioning Klein about certain posts made by Philip on the Beaumont Underground blog regarding KFDM news anchor Kelli Philips.

"I want to see what Klein says about this under oath." Said an anonymous source at the courthouse.

This past evening, Philip posted this on his website:

Yes - our firm was TROG 2.

We created it because TROG 1 (we know it is silly) went down and stopped. There were so many people willing to talk and give us leads - well we just used the site to collect information. During this time - we collected intelligence regarding people in Southeast Texas, including media figures, law firms and elected officials posting on the web site. This has proved very useful. In fact - the next time some of you walk up to me in the courthouse or in public - remember that I have known for two years what you really think.

We hired a writer to post items in a psychological format that would make people post and we could gather the Intel. Some of which was transferred to law enforcement in various investigations.

Sir, no offense, but I responded to your erroneous "editorial" on March 9th, 2011, on two different websites. I find it EXTREMELY difficult to believe that you have no knowledge of my response since you are in litigation with one website and have been whining for months about the other one and how they allow "bad things" to be said about you. If you desire a response from me, I suggest you copy and paste either one of my responses from Operation Kleinwatch or the KFDM talk forums (under General Discussion, titled "In Response to a Recent "Editorial"... but you already knew that). If you lack the time to copy the text yourself, I'll do so for you and send it to you- however, despite your ernest assurance that you will not edit my reply, I will not be sending you any response other than that which has already been written. Just inform me of which variation of the response you desire and I will be more than happy to copy and paste it for you.

The tragic shootings in Arizona last week have once again turned our attention to the importance of identifying and treating the mentally ill. In a Special Report -- The Faces of Mental Illness, we asked our own Dr. Lucy Van Pelt to elaborate on the important symptoms we, as citizens, need to look for to help prevent future tragedies.

One of the most prevalent mental illness associated with violent behavior is Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Narcissistic personality disorder symptoms may include:

Believing that you're better than others
Fantasizing about power, success and attractiveness
Exaggerating your achievements or talents
Expecting constant praise and admiration
Believing that you're special and acting accordingly
Failing to recognize other people's emotions and feelings
Expecting others to go along with your ideas and plans
Taking advantage of others
Expressing disdain for those you feel are inferior
Being jealous of others
Believing that others are jealous of you
Trouble keeping healthy relationships
Setting unrealistic goals
Being easily hurt and rejected
Having a fragile self-esteem
Appearing as tough-minded or unemotional

Although some features of narcissistic personality disorder may seem like having confidence or strong self-esteem, it's not the same. Narcissistic personality disorder crosses the border of healthy confidence and self-esteem into thinking so highly of yourself that you put yourself on a pedestal. You might tell people that you are a political consultant or perhaps the editor of a Review. In contrast, people who have healthy confidence and self-esteem don't value themselves more than they value others.

When you have narcissistic personality disorder, you may come across as conceited, boastful or pretentious. You often monopolize conversations. This leads to problems in personal relationships that often results in multiple divorces. You may belittle or look down on people you perceive as inferior. You may have a sense of entitlement. And when you don't receive the special treatment to which you feel entitled, you may become very impatient or angry. If you have a webblog, you may write letters to yourself so that it appears people are paying attention to you. You may also manipulate your counter so that it appears that many people read your website.

But underneath all this behavior often lies a fragile self-esteem. You have trouble handling anything that may be perceived as criticism. You may have a sense of secret shame and humiliation. In the Hands of the District Attorney

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned late last night that the incident regarding Philip Klein intentionally posting stolen government documents on the internet has been referred to the Jefferson County District Attorney.

"Judge Stevens has asked Maness to look at the case." Said our source at the courthouse that demanded anonymity.

The relevant criminal statute is Article 42.12 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure which reads as follows:

A report and all information obtained 
in connection with a presentence investigation or postsentence 
report are confidential and may be released only:
 (1)  to those persons and under those circumstances 
authorized under Subsections (d), (e), (f), (h), (k), and (l) of 
this section;
 (2)  pursuant to Section 614.017, Health and Safety Code;  or                  
 (3)  as directed by the judge for the effective supervision 
of the defendant.

Sources close to the investigation tell the Review that Klein may also be looking at felony charges of Tampering with a Government Record.

"He's in some serious trouble." Said an attorney the Review spoke with this morning.

Our take?

Philip Klein broke the law. Yes, he broke the law. And it's not the first time. From stalking, to falsely representing himself as a federal agent, to threatening people with a firearm, Philip Klein is a criminal. He is a ticking time bomb that will go off and hurt innocent people. He is someone who we all look at in hindsight and ask why he was not on anyone's radar. In the security world he is one that most fear which is a "loose cannon" as it is said in the business. Someone that tells nobody what he is planning. The only thing people know is that he is strange, different or has "issues." His deflated self image and hatred for the community that has ostracized him continues to drive him to make bad choices. He should go to jail and a complaint should be filed on him with the Private Investigators Board (see the link on the right).

It is sad, really sad. We feel for his family.

Investigation Update

As reported yesterday, the Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that Philip Klein is the subject of a criminal investigation for violations of confidentiality laws regarding the posting on the internet of Officer Cody Guedry's Presentence Report last week.

The Review has learned today that the report was faxed from a Port Arthur phone number that has been identified by authorities and that the individual who faxed the report is cooperating with investigators. Sources close to the investigation tell the Review that a contempt citation against Mr. Klein is imminent and that he could face incarceration.

We will keep informed of this breaking story.

He's one of the prime reasons that Highway 69 is bumper to bumper at 5:00 every afternoon. On a positive note, if you work for him, you can blow up a bus full of nuns and orphans and not get so much as a stern look.

Philip Rogers Klein, editor: Philip started out the year with a bang when his knife wielding lawyer convinced Judge Floyd to order galactic powerhouse GOOGLE to tell him who Gus and I were. Alas, a year later, he still doesn't know shit. (Some private detective). His predictions of long prison terms for Jefferson County elected officials for violating the Hatch Act, never came to pass, nor did any of the other crap that he vomited onto his website. His high point of the year was getting busted making lewd comments about KFDM news anchor Kelli Philips on Beaumont Underground. He did manage to score a gig on KBTV which has prompted the local cameramen to hone their skills in wide angle shooting.

In part twenty-two of our series on the fraud and corruption of Philip Klein, we take a look at some interesting documents executed by Philip Klein relating to his own requests for GOVERNMENT money.

Lets review what the Review has reviewed:

On March 27, 2006, approximately five months after a Hurricane called Rita hit Southeast Texas, and just a few months before a pool appeared in the back of the Klein home, Philip Klein applied for a loan from the SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Now note the name of the parties:

The Original Document can be found HERE under file number 200613778. Notice that the Deed of Trust was issued in the name of Klein Investments, one of Philip's puppet companies.

The GOVERNMENT loan to Philip Klein was in the amount of $68,000.

Now this is where it gets interesting. Lets look at the property that Philip used the Small BUSINESS Administration loan for:

2315 Avenue G, Nederland, Texas. Yes, a RESIDENCE.

"You can't do that!" Said our source at the Small BUSINESS Administration. "He is defrauding the taxpayers."

Ah, but it doesn't stop there. Let's see what Philip has filed with the Jefferson County Appraisal District HERE:

And yes, he's even filed the HOMESTEAD exemption for the property. Klein Investments is entitle to a Homestead Exemption? Say What?

Once again we see some telltale grammatical errors. We asked Eagle's Nest consultant, Miss Crabtree, to take a look at Philip's latest letter.

"The phrase 'to which' clearly is an improper use of the preposition 'to'. The correct form should be 'in which'. Philip makes this mistake quite often.

You know, sometimes its not the crime, its the coverup. Well, maybe it's also the crime. The Sam the Eagle Political Review has uncovered some interesting documents that indicate that Philip Klein of Nederland, Texas, has under reported the value of improvements to his home in an effort to defraud the taxpayers of Jefferson County.

"We will have to look into this." Said a source we spoke to in the Appraisal District over the weekend. "If it's true, he could go to jail."

On August 2, 2007, Philip and Inga Klein entered into a Security Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank to have Excel Pools construct a pool in the backyard of their home located at 904 22nd Street in Nederland, Texas. The instrument was filed in the Jefferson County Clerk's Office under File Number 2007033962

Readers will note the contract price of $39,400.

Both Philip and Inga Klein executed the document under oath and in front of a Notary Public.

But then the road for the Kleins gets......well down right rocky. In official documents located HERE, the Klein's list the value of the pool at only $5,250.

Sources close to the Jefferson County Appraisal District tell the Review that an investigation has been initiated and that criminal charges against the Kleins are possible.

Our take?

WOW! Simply WOW! Now Philip Klein is a part of the corruption in the most corrupt county in the county.

Okay - the early numbers are in. And there is good news and there is bad news. The good news is that there is a very strong GOP turn out in the areas that the GOP seemingly has control. The bad news - the Democrats came out in the last few days of early voting. And they have the advantage in the early vote.

We here at the Review disagree. We see the local races as follows:

Jefferson County Tax Assessor – Collector

This guy will collect the taxes. He will take the taxes and give them to the people that use the taxes and so he is like a tax man. We see Shane Howard winning this race with 29677 votes.

Jefferson County Treasurer

This is the guy who will keep the treasure and treasure is important, especially to pirates, medieval knights, and Indiana Jones. Tim Funchess will win this race. We see him receiving 29669 votes.

JP Pct 1 Place 2

There are some nice ladies running for this job. Philip Klein has been really mean to Mrs. Beaulieu. That brings in the Klein factor which adds a good 20 points. Mrs. Beaulieu will win big.

JP Number 7 – Mid County

There are some Democrats and some Republicans in Nederland. All of them don't like Philip Klein so they will vote for the guy that Philip doesn't like. Judge Burnett will win by ten points.

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that The Southeast Texas Political Review has learned that the Sam the Eagle Political Review is reporting that The Southeast Texas Political Review (you're not going to stop doing this shit are you?) is reporting that county employees, dressed as monsters, are assaulting citizens of Jefferson County and stealing candy from their doors.

"Et iz kerrrupchion!" Said Philip r. Klein, editor, in an exclusive interview with the Review over the weekend.

Klein, who has taken some heat lately HERE, claims that he has bags of evidence that prove the citizens of Jefferson County were forced to give candy to strangely dressed individuals over the weekend. Sources close to the incident didn't tell the Review that some three hundred pounds of candies and sweets were brought into Klein Investigations, The Team to Call When You Really Want to Waste Your Money, for "testing."

"Philip has the candy and once he's proved that its real candy...and then eaten it, he'll show the world the corruption." Said a source that demanded we not tell you that they don't exist.

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that Philip r. Klein, editor of the Southeast Texas Political Review was ordered to remove his Editorial "Five Questions" by authorities pending investigation.

"Philip Klein is a liar and has no business telling people that he is a guest lecturer at the University of Houston.' Said a caller that didn't call the Review.

"The guy didn't even graduate from college!" Said a professor the Review contacted this afternoon.

Last Friday, Philip r. Klein, editor, posted an editorial talking about a speech he gave to students last week at the University of Houston. Post the posting, many disputed Philip's claims and accused him of fabricating the entire piece (NOOOOOOOO!!!!!). Sources close to the incident tell the Review that officials at the University of Houston were highly upset at Klein's claims and demanded the removal of the editorial. It was removed last night and replaced with a hastily written piece about getting drunk in Las Vegas.

Local Man To Be Subject Of Television Movie

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that a local private investigator will be the subject of a made for television movie due to be aired next Spring. Wasted Lies: The Philip Klein Story is set to begin filming right here in Jefferson County, Texas in the next few weeks said a source that didn't call the Review over the weekend.

The docudrama will tell the story of local legend in his own mind, Philip r. Klein Editor, editor of The Southeast Texas Political Review.

"I'm excited about this project." Said John, "The Tank" Danforth, director of the film. "There is great deal of material to work with here. I mean forty plus lawsuits, three divorces, two bankruptcies, dead beat dad convictions. This is going to be alot of fun."

Sources close to no one didn't tell the Review that the film will document the life of Philip Klein from his promising inception into the Republican party to the backstabbing of the man that took him under his wing and set him up in business. The story will also include the adulterous relationships, ruined businesses, and the failed attempt to take his own life through the ingestion of seventy five pounds of buffet style potatoes.

As you well know - if you read this web site - we simply don't like Philip Klein. It is that simple. As you well know - if you read this web site - we think that Philip should have his fucking fingers chopped off with an ax and his mouth stuffed full of soiled toilet paper.

We have withheld from doing a full piece on Philip's run for public office - however - now is the time to put all of the cards on the table regarding Philip's desire to be County Judge of Jefferson County.

Now - we have only one, Jeff Brannick, who had the balls to run for County Judge. But Philip- a loud mouthed divorced bankrupt private investigator who DID graduate from High School has announced on multiple occasions that he wants to be County Judge. He has posted two polls indicating that he could in fact win the seat.

Philip has some problems. And they are big ones. He cannot win this election (or any other one for that matter) - however he has a whole bunch of bad news facing him. Let's go with some of it today and then we will comment.

1) All indications are his son got into a scrap with his own mother. Police were called. Photographs were taken and the case was presented to the Jefferson County District Attorney. It is what it is. Sad.

2) Philip's brother was busted for drugs. Again Sad.

3) Philip has filed bankruptcy twice. He has applied for for hundreds of thousands of dollars in government loans and the trail of the money stops just one step short of his 'hot tube'. Questions?

4) Philip's problems don't stop there. He was convicted of multiple counts of failure to pay child support. Dead beat dads don't make good leaders.

5) Philip has a bad relationship with women. There are not one, not two, but THREE divorce cases with his name on them. His current relationship---lets just say the police have been to his house post a report of 'someone' barricaded in the bedroom.

6) There are criminal allegations. Stalking in Los Angeles and falsely representing himself as a federal agent to name a few. You can't be a county judge while serving time.

7) Philip Klein is an idiot who never graduated from college.

8) Philip Klein drinks too much.

So where does that leave Philip? Well.....who knows.

Brannick is lurking around giggling right now because of Philip's moronic behavior. And he should be. The Klein name is not so good in the community.

So that leaves voters - voting for Jeff Brannick or a god damned moron who's not qualified to eat your garbage much less take it out. Klein is the joke running around the West End GOPERS who used to know him when he wanted to be somebody.

This past evening, Philip Klein posted his latest poll in which he asks his readers to assess his viability as a candidate for County Judge. So far, the numbers in Philip's little world look good. Philip has roughly 64% of the vote:

Allen Lee ran for both Mayor of Beaumont and County Judge.

Thurman Bartie was elected Justice of the Peace and then subsequently ran for County Commissioner.

David Bellow unsuccessfully ran for Hardin County Commissioner, but was later elected to the State Republican Executive Committee (despite claims by Philip that he was to be arrested and thrown in jail as a draft dodger.)

Willie Bae Lewis was elected to the Port Arthur City Council and ran for Mayor of Port Arthur four times.

Rhonda Dugas has mounted not one, not two but three campaigns for public office.

Why then does Philip Klein not run for office when his polls clearly show he would win?

There is terror in the streets of Jefferson County this week as citizens hid in their homes wondering if their private thoughts were being monitored.

"I just can't believe that......what was I just saying." Said a caller to the Review late last night.

Last Thursday, Philip r. Klein, editor, announced to the Port Arthur Rotary Club that he was in fact monitoring their activities on the internet and knew their innermost thoughts and secrets. This revelation prompted all the South County Rotarians to commit suicide post the luncheon in a grisly scene that was described by witnesses as "very smelly".

"Apparently Mr. Klein has found a way to use the internet to spy on individuals." Said Dr. Roger Corby, chief researcher at ITITPESTPKCSOU (Is The Internet That Powerful Enough So That Philip Klein Can Spy On Us). "I suspect he has found a way to bridge the neurons in his own mind with the intricate circuitry of his computer. Perhaps using some sort of catalyst.....like maybe Jack Daniels." Corby added.

Other citizens aren't taking any chances.

Mass Suicide In South County!!!

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned today that the entire membership of the Port Arthur Rotary Club killed themselves over the weekend in what is being described as the worst disaster to hit Jefferson County since Rock's Bar in Fannett closed.

"I just can't believe it!" Said a caller that will call the Review tomorrow. "They're all dead."

The bodies of the Rotarians were discovered late Sunday night by law enforcement agents who described the scene as "very smelly". It was apparent that all had taken their own lives earlier in the day. Family members were shocked.

"He came home from the luncheon on Thursday and complained of a bad headache." Said the cousin of a spouse of one of the directors who we didn't talk to. "Later that night, I found him slamming his head in the car door screaming something about voices of corruption."

Other family members told similar stories.

"There was this guy that spoke at the meeting. He claimed to be able to control people's minds through the internet. Craig just laughed and said he was an idiot but later on, he kept claiming someone was talking to him....but no one was around."

The motive for the mass suicide is still a mystery but sources close to the suicide tell the Review that a note, hastily penned by former President Perry Snell was found at the scene. It read simply.......BEWARE OF KLEIN.

Mr. Klein is originally from New Jersey but that is not why he talks funny. He is not a graduate of any university, trade school, vocational school, beauty school, or any other institution of higher learning.

Mr. Klein was the head of PRK Enterprises and Klein Investments, both of which sought bankruptcy protection from multiple creditors in Federal Court. He worked at one of his ex-father-in law's Dairy Queens for a short time and then later became a paramedic where he met his third wife. He is now a private investigator. Mr. Klein has applied for, and received, a large number of government sponsored assistance packages.

He has been involved in more than forty law suits, many of which have accused him of lying and publishing false information on his website. Last year he paid approximately $35,000 to a local Justice of the Peace to settle one of his libel cases. This past Spring, he was caught posting derogatory comments on a local media forum about women's genetalia.

He has two children by his first marriage, for which he was held in contempt for not paying child support, one by his second, none by his third and a check of public records shows that he is not behind on child support payments for any illegitimate children.

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned today that Philip R. Klein, editor of The Southeast Texas Political Review (who we don't like) has been asked to testify before Congress.

"I don't know shit! Quit calling me!" Said a congressional source the Review talked to over the weekend.

Sources close to the occurrence tell the Review that Mr. Klein will be addressing a Senate sub-committee post investigation regarding corruption in the Manatee community in southern Florida.

"While we find Mr. Klein physically attractive and understand he has been known to entertain farm animals from time to time, we don't think he knows anything about our community...come to think of it...Mr. Klein doesn't know much about anything he talks about." Said a manatee that called the Review late last night.

Sometimes around here we have to laugh. We really do. We laugh and then we giggle and then we laugh, and then we take a drink of that brown stuff in the bottle next to our foot and then we laugh and giggle some more.

This past weekend, we were sitting around just staring at ourselves in the mirror when the phone rang. "You're not going to believe who this is." Said one of our staffers that was holding the mirror. "Its (name withheld). You know, they work for Klein."

"WOW." We said. "Simply WOW." So we picked up the phone and said "Hello." "Hi Mr. Eagle, editor." came the voice on the other end. "This is (name withheld) and I have just got to tell you what's going on over here at The Southeast Texas Political Review."

Now we here at the Review try not to pick on other people because there are certain rules in the blogging world like you don't pick on people, you're really not supposed to post after more than six drinks, no porn during work hours, things like that. But when Misses (name withheld) told us what was happening with Philip Klein, well, sometimes you just have to break the rules.

"Mr. Klein works late hours." Said our source. "Well, he's not really working, he's writing on his blog. I was here one night picking up a bag of weed I left and he was at his desk just hammering away with one hand on the keyboard and the other wrapped tightly around an empty bottle of Jack Daniels. "We're excited." Said an anonymous FOX executive who didn't call the Review over the weekend. 'We think this show has alot of potential"

"Are You Smarter Than Philip Klein" will pit contestants against Philip r. Klein, editor of The Southeast Texas Political Review, asking questions on topics ranging from remedial reading and basic mathematics, to how to deceive your spouse after promiscuous philandering.

The Sam the Eagle Political Review has learned that the disabled community is outraged with Philip Klein's article entitled "Rut-rooooooo" and that attorneys have been hired to file a lawsuit against Philip Klein, Klein Investigations, Klein and Associates Political Relations, PRK Enterprises, Klein Investments, and the Gadfly Foundation and some guy who's car broke down in Philip Klein's parking lot.

"I can't believe that fat slob would do that...no wait, yes I can." Said a West end Wanda that spoke to the Review.

Sources close to the suit claim that Klein's intentional use of the phrase "rut-rooooooo" instead of the more common "ut oh" was a deliberate slight on those individuals with speech impediments. Among those said to be involved in the suit are television personalities, Scooby-doo and Astro from The Jetsons.

Summer break is ending and school bells all across Southeast Texas will soon be ringing but this Fall there will be an added tool in the toolbox of area teachers. This year, Philip Klein's Southeast Texas Political Review Blog, is set to be a key part of many area educators curriculum.

The STE Political Review has learned that the SET Political Review is reporting to the STE Political Review that the SET Political Review (I thought you were going to stop doing this!) will be forced to make major cutbacks due to the depressed economy.

"Leave me the ^*&%^ alone. I told you to quit calling me!" Said our source at the Review who called the Review this morning.

A huge shortfall in readership along with mounting legal fees has forced Philip r. Klein, editor, to slash his budget, cutting many important features.

Despite claims of record numbers of website visits (for the truth, check out WEBSITE OUTLOOK) and self-penned 'reader mail', the Review posted a loss for the 72nd straight quarter last week.

"I don't think the STE Political Review ever made a dime." said someone we didn't talk to late last night when we were passed out.

Sources close to the Review told the Review that Philip Klein is having to take drastic actions to keep the Review afloat.

Local Youth Seeks Long Lost Father

A local youth, orphaned after his mother was killed in a tragic grass cutting accident, is seeking the community's help in finding his long lost father.

Philippe Gruff, a half boy, half goat mix was abandoned by his natural father shortly after his birth. "Ey navar nu hem." Philippe told the Review in a phone call over the weekend.

Raised by his mother in a pasture south of Hemphill, the young goatboy's life changed abruptly when his mother strayed too close to an industrial mower last month. "There wasn't even enough left for a good stew." Said a local farmer who lied and said that he had witnessed the accident. Friends and neighbors offered to raise Philippe however he was determined to find his long lost father.

"Ey no hee well luv ma.' Philippe told reporters covering the story.

Scouring local records and receipts from area all you can eat buffets, Philippe has discovered several clues about the whereabouts of his natural father.

"I don't know where anybody got the idea that we were condemning suburbia." said guitarist Billy Joe Armstrong. "I was surfing the net one day and came across this website, 'The Southeast Texas Political Review' and I said to myself, God, what an American idiot!"

Armstrong went on to tell the Review that the writings of Philip r. Klein, editor, were instrumental in the entire album concept.

"That guy really cracked me up. I mean really, what a hypocrite!"

Lyrics like "The space that's in between insane and insecure, oh therapy can you please fill the void?" and "There is nothing wrong with me, this is how I am supposed to be in the land of make believe" were in fact inspired by posts on Klein's website.

"This is not surprising." Said rock critic, John Danforth. "Many bands utilize everyday experiences to stimulate their creative juices. I'm just surprised that Green Day could make a successful collection of songs from the words of such a simpleton."

"Ey em bary flettared." Klein told the Review over the weekend. "Ey du nut kno tha geys frum Gren Dey bat Ey du lik tha culur gren."

Wow! Simply Wow! Its about time the writings of Philip r. Klein, editor got national attention.

In Philip's latest personal attack on local attorney Brent Coon (who sued Philip a few years ago and made him pay $35,000 for one of his libelous postings) he states:

We thought we'd let out own mathematical consultant, The Count, take a look at Philip's latest bombastic claim.

Utilizing a process called DIVISION, the Count compared Philip's current counter reading with the number of weeks that have passed so far this year.

Readers can clearly see that Philip's counter reads 301,687 (No one here at the Review really believes that and if you do, I've got some diamond mines in South Florida I'd like to sell you).

Today is July 22 and that means there have been 29 weeks so far this year.

If you take 301,687 and DIVIDE it by 29, you get 10,403.........NOT 40,000
